  • Quality of a product refers to the extent to which the customer requirement & expectation are met leading to customer satisfaction & delight.

  • Quality assurance, based on customers’ Quality assurance plan and Quality control procedures, is the most vital activity throughout manufacture from incoming of materials to installation of the final product.

  • Hence, every component is manufactured with utmost care based on customer approved / third party approved specific quality plan reflecting any hold point.

  • Incoming materials are inspected for their properties using supplier TC, NDT / Destructive testing as required.

  • In process Inspection is carried out at various stages and as agreed in specific quality plan through inspection register & reports.

  • Final Inspection is carried out with dimensional report / Internal Inspection report & external despatch clearance certificate.

  • Quality control procedures, with specific customer needs are instituted through CAPA to avoid non conformances. The measuring instruments, equipment, gadgets and fixtures used for inspection purposes are fully and periodically calibrated to ensure their validity & accountability.
