With the modest beginning of HARIHARAN POWER ENGINEERING, a Partnership Concern in May 2016, we have rapidly enhanced our business endeavours to a different league as HARIHARAN POWER PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered office at E-71, and its manufacturing works at E-67-70, Developed Plot Estate, Thuvakudy, Tiruchirappalli – 620015, Tamilnadu, India, to further our business as one of the major suppliers for Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation & Servicing of Regenerative Air Preheaters and its critical spares, covering the entire spectrum from concept to commissioning. Also, we offer a total solution for improving the collecting efficiency of Electrostatic precipitators with supply of all types of spares including Inner arm, Outer arm, Collecting electrode, Emittting rapping hammer, and field engineering services for trouble shooting, assessment and erection supervision of Electrostatic precipitators. Apart from Regenerative Air preheater and Electrostatic Precipitators, we are into supply and services of Gate and Dampers.
The promoter Mr. R.S. Elanghovan, is an expert in the field of Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation & Servicing of Regenerative Air Preheaters and Electrostatic Precipitators used in process industries, Thermal Power generation projects. He is ably supported by his wife V. Nithya, who is involved in the field of HR and Finance.
Our manufacturing facility at Thuvakudy, Trichy with 3-acre factory include covered shed of 50,000 Sq. Ft., out of which 20,000 Sq. Ft. is exclusively for the heating element line with the production capacity of 1500 baskets per month. The other area caters to manufacture of APH components like APH Baskets, Sector plate, Axial seal plate, bearing assemblies, and also the complete Gate & Damper Assemblies and its spares
In order to swiftly meet the requirements of our customers around western, eastern and northern part of India, we have established one more manufacturing facility at Nagpur, Maharashtra in the year 2020, with covered shed of 30,000 Sq. Ft. exclusively for the manufacture of APH spares - Seals, T-Bar, Rotor Angle, By pass seal angle, Gratings etc., and ESP spares - Inner Arm, Outer Arm, Rapping shafts, Shock Pad, Emitting electrode etc. We are in the process of establishing heating element line at Nagpur.
We have supplied the spares for APH, ESP and Gate & Dampers to all major Thermal Power Stations in India, which include NTPC, SEB and Private Power Majors like ADANI, TATA POWER, JINDAL POWER, LANCO POWER, JSW Energy. We are also into the export of Air preheater baskets to Vietnam & Kuwait.
We are an ISO 9000 certified Organization since inception and we are in the process of acquiring EMS Management certification.
