Services - Regenerative Air Preheater
We work towards providing total solution :
- By assessing the condition of Air Preheater during the annual overhaul & submit the detailed report covering the areas of improvement towards better thermal performance.
- (i) By reducing the leakage through Radial, Axial & circumferential sealing system.
- (ii) Reducing the auxiliary power consumption.
- (iii) Ensuring the reliability of Air preheater.
- Providing technical assistance for improving the efficiency of Air Preheater in terms of repairing, reconditioning or replacing the existing spares & undertake services of the same.
Services - Electrostatic Precipitator
We work towards providing total solution :
- By assessing the condition of Electrostatic Precipitator during the annual overhaul & submit the detailed report covering the areas of improvement towards better thermal performance.
- (i) Optimising collection efficiency.
- (ii) Optimising Corona power and alignment.
- (iii) Conducting GD test for uniform gas flow across ESP.
- Providing technical assistance for improving the efficiency of Electrostatic precipitator in terms of repairing , recondition or replacing the existing spares & undertake services of the same.
